Personality
She is polite and has high sense of responsibility demonstrated by her devotion on watching her friend Lulu for not going into trouble. She doesn't really knows what her hobby is and instead saying that she knows a lot about Lulu's hobbies.

Role in the Plot
She appears in chapter 3, meeting with the Towa in the desert area searching for her best friend Lulu. She meets Lulu, but Lulu asks her not to meddling and then went. She asks both the camel sister about Lulu whereabout. When she heard that Lulu is heading to the number 1 oasis, she and the protagonist group plans to go there before Arai-san and Fennec stops them in their path. Serval than confronts her not to worry to much about Lulu as she tell her that Lulu must be feel so bad if she knows that Rabi-Rabi always worry about her. She then again catch up with her and after that asks Lulu motivation for not letting her protect her, in which Lulu answers is the same with what Serval said before and thanks Rabi-Rabi for trusting her.
Relationships
Thomson's Gazelle
She and Lulu are long time friends. She's become overprotective towards Lulu after knowing that she's often stumble when there's nothing on it, falling into a hole after talking with herself while walking, and often become lost. She likes watching Lulu run around the desert. Lulu thinks she's to serious but at the same time adores her so much.
Moose
She's Moose subordinate and called her The king of the jungle.
