An Eurasian Otter friend named Yūka appeared as a minor character during the original Kemono Friends mobile game. She is also a member of Water Girls.
Personality
Her dream is to make a waterpark for everyone to enjoy. She is very intelligent, being knowledgeable in both architecture and mechanics. Along with her smarts, she is a really hard worker, planning and building all of the attractions by herself. Despite her prideful nature, she is kindhearted, regularly doing tests to ensure the safety of her rides. She enjoys being called “Yūka,” meaning ”fragrant, friendly blossom” in Japanese.

My dream is making Eurasian Otter Water Park in Japari Park. I'm charisma designer, Eurasian Otter. The one who always pursuits the goal in making new attractions on the waterfront. You also please co-operate in new attraction experiment.

Spectacled Caiman thinks Eurasian Otter wears matching glasses and is enchanted by her.
Gentoo Penguin
Gentoo Penguin asks her to join the Water Girls to support the PIP concert. At first, Eurasian Otter declines her request because, in the end, she's only an extra. Gentoo then assures her that PIP will lend aid if she joins them, Eurasian Otter agrees and Gentoo becomes a poster girl for her waterpark.
Asian Small-Clawed Otter and Japanese River Otter
She has a good relationship with Asian Small-Clawed Otter and Japanese River Otter. She wants to ask Asian Small-Clawed Otter later to lend her voice for the waterpark announcer.
Towa (Protagonist)
She has a strong bond with the protagonist, often asking them to help out whenever she needs to conduct safety checks. She wants them to be the first person to visit her waterpark when it's finally finished.
