Japari Bus

A Japari Bus (Japanese:ジャパリバス Hepburn:Japari Basu) is a type of transporation vehicle used within Japari Park.

Overview

Japari Buses are medium to large-sized vehicles able to transport numerous visitors, staff and Friends around Japari Park at once. Some are operated manually by humans (or Friends where applicable), while others are operated automatically by input from a Lucky Beast. They are versatile vehicles and can be modified to traverse different environments, though the default wheeled mode is known to struggle on rough terrain.

According to concept materials shown in the Kemono Friends 3 3rd Anniversary Shop in Shinjuku Marui, the interior of a Japari Bus (models to be confirmed) is rather well-equipped, outfitted with a toilet, a shower and hot water supply, and network access; likewise, certain types of Japari Bus can be used as a camper car. The Park originally maintained a large fleet of Japari Buses, but very few survived when the Park was abandoned.

This generation of Japari Bus was mainly used as a sightseeing bus to take Towa to different places. And, this bus was also a defensive target as a base in times of battle.

In Kemono Friends (2017 Anime)

In this generation, Japari Bus was already part of the ruins. However, this bus was restored to its original state by Kaban and her friends. Kaban then took this bus, driven by Lucky Beast, to the Japari Library. The bus can also be equipped with a set of tracks on the tires so as to move on snow without being stuck. In addition, Japari Bus was damaged by the black cerulean attack, but with the help of many friends, this bus was restored and boat features were added.

A few of the Japari Buses got converted into airships with the addition of a blimp at the top by Silver Fox. They are used to carry multiple passengers to traverse mountainous regions for special missions.
