She likes dark places, especially tree hollows; likewise, she is most active at nighttime. She has a hobby of collecting obsidian, stating that she enjoys its deep black coloration.

Sulawesi Bear Cuscus has an eccentric but ultimately harmless personality, prattling on about darkness and 'unleashing her true self'; this resembles the melodramatic chūnibyō behavior also seen in some other Friends. She often ends sentences by repeating their last words, and sometimes shows off a laugh that sounds like her species: "cus, cuscus".
