The Peach Panther is a cryptid Friend that appeared in the original Kemono Friends mobile game.
Appearance
Peach Panther has short pink hair with three white stripes in the middlemost bang. She has yellow irides with highlights, signifying that her "animal species" is not extinct. She has a white collar with a large, pink ribbon, a pair of pink elbow-length gloves with white underside, and a white frilled dress resembling a maid dress. The dress includes a white ruffled apron and a pink waistband tied with a ruffled pink ribbon at the back, with a pink strap to her shoulder. Unlike a maid dress, it has no skirt and a cherry pink leotard is visible. She is in pink stockings fade to white at the end, and she wear pink a pair of heeled Mary Jane. Like all other Friends, she has traits of the animal species she 'belonged' to alongside her body. That, in her case, would be panther's ears and tail. There is a white ribbon tied at the end of her tail.

Origins
Peach Panther draws reference to the popular fictional animated character, Pink Panther, who appears in a series of comedy-mystery movies of the same name. The name of the movies derives from a very valuable pink diamond, 'Pink Panther', which is the favorite target of theft in the stories. The jewel has flaw at its center resembling a leaping pink panther. However, there is no record such jewel exists in real life.

The materials in Kemono Friends 3 offer some hints to the movies and the fictional character. Unlike many other Friends, Peach Panther's Friend photo in the game does not describe her real-life origin but includes a diary written by Kako about a sparkling pink diamond found in a cave during a geological survey. The gem was gone and thought to be stolen from the research lab. Peach Panther was subsequently found in the park. Kako speculates the connection between the disappearance of the diamond and appearance of Peach Panther. The Friend photo in the game also shows a huge pink diamond and the image of a pink panther emerging in the jewel in the upgraded version.
