Appearance
Jersey Cattle has black eyes and shoulder-length fawn colored hair that fades to brown towards the tips, with a few white spots on her bangs. Her hair is adorned with a pair of red ribbons at the sides. As other Friends, her animal characteristics are present in the pair of animal ears and tufted tail with a black tip and a red ribbon. She wears a white shirt with a royal blue sweater, and a red continental cross tie with two loose strings and a bell attached to it. She wears a long, white lab coat with light brown bands on the shoulders and sleeves. This coloration that matches with her hair can be seen at the base of her tail and on the thigh high socks she wears as well. She wears a red short circular skirt with an extra layer of white cloth underneath, and ends her attire with a pair of black loafers.

In Real Life
Jersey Cattle, or simply the Jersey, is a British breed of small dairy cattle from Jersey, in the British Channel Islands. It is one of three Channel Island cattle breeds, the others being the Alderney – now extinct – and the Guernsey. It is highly productive – it may give over 10 times its own weight in milk per lactation.
Jersey Cattle is typically light brown in colour but can also be almost grey to dull black, which is known as Mulberry. It can also have white patches covering much of the animal. A true Jersey always has a black nose bordered by an almost white muzzle. A cow of Jersey Cattle weighs approximately 450kg whereas a bull can weigh in excess of 800kg. The cattle is a herbivore and ruminant, which means it has a 4-chambered stomach. Its main diet is grasses. It adapts well to various climates and environments and can tolerate heat very well. It has been exported to many countries of the world. It is used as a working animal in Nepal.
Jersey Cattle is well known for its creamy milk. Although it does not produce as high volume as other breeds, the thickness and butterfat content means that many dairy farmers incorporate a ratio of Jersey Cattle to their herd to increase the cream volume.
