Appearance
Old Design
Impala has reddish-orange hair in two twisted pigtails, in which her hair fades to a light tan. She has two light tan spots on her bangs and her ears are a similar light brown with a lighter tan inside and colored black at the tip and base of the outside. Her eyes are caramel colored and she has the antlers of her male animal counterpart, light brown and ridged, and holds a bow made of the same material. Her tail is light brown with black in the middle and white on the underside.
Impala wears a white dress shirt with a dark yellow antelope head emblem on her right breast and yellow stripes on the top of her shoulders. She wears a pleated miniskirt and socks in the same dark yellow color, with white shoes that have dark yellow laces, soles, and noses. Around each wrist is a thick yellow athletic band.
Redesign
Impala now has dull reddish-orange hair that fades to a light tan color, tied in two pigtails with white ribbons. There are two white spots on her bangs, resembling her animal counterpart, and her ears are the same reddish-orange as her hair with black outlining the edges and a white and pink inside. Her eyes are now dark brown and her antlers are now gray striped, lighter at the tips, and she wields a bow that is of the same material but darker at the tips and has a red handle. Her tail is a light tan color with a single black stripe down the middle and white around the edges and underside.
Impala wears a dull reddish-brown dress shirt, the same color as her hair, that is split at the breast and light tan on the bottom half. The antelope head emblem on her right breast is now simplified and yellow, with white stripes on the top of her shoulders. She wears a white pleated miniskirt and tan socks that go just below the knee that have a black marking on the back, as well as white laced shoes that are black at the nose and sole. She retains the thick yellow athletic bands, now matching with the emblem on her shirt.

The impala (Aepyceros melampus), also known as the rooibok, is an antelope species found across East and South Africa. A typical specimen stands around 70–92 cm (28–36 in) at the shoulder and weighs 40–76 kg (88–168 lb). The impala is known for its red-brown coat and the male's thin and gracile horns which can be anywhere from 45–92 cm (18–36 in) long. The impala is most often found in and near woodlands, and has been observed to prefer living near water sources; while this grants them reliable access to hydration and healthy grasses, it may also increase their risk of predation by waterside hunters, namely crocodiles.
Trivia
- There are two recognized subspecies of impala, these being the common impala and the black-faced impala. The former has a wide range spanning numerous countries, while the latter is restricted to Angola and Namibia.
