Temminck's Pangolin is a type of Friend that first appeared in Kemono Friends 3.
Appearance
Temminck's Pangolin has brunette long hair and a dark brown deerstalker with a scales pattern. She wears a red jacket with dark brown sleeves, her jacket also has a yellow slider without a zipper. She also wears a black belt at belly height on her jacket. Her skirt and tail are composed of dark brown pangolin scales, she also wears black pants apart from her scale skirt. She wears brown boots that become white at toes' length, her boots have dark brown bows on them.

Temminck's Pangolin (also known as ground pangolin, cape pangolin or steppe pengolin) is a pangolin species. It's the only one found in southern and eastern Africa.
As other pangolins, their body is almost completely covered in overlapping, protective scales, making about 20% of its body weight. The underside of their body is not protected by scales, having sparse fur instead. When threatened, they curl up into a ball in a defensive position, leaving only their scales exposed, thus protecting its more vulnerable underside from threats.
Temminck's Pangolins' diet consists exclusively on ants and termites, they tend to choose specific species to prey upon and completely ignore all others, even retaining their prey selectivity in arid environments.
