Blue Dragon is a Friend based on one of the five Dragon Gods at Tanashi Shrine. Unlike Black Dragon, Red Dragon, and White Dragon, she was first revealed on Twitter rather than in Kemono Friends 3. She is the transformed form of Seiryu.
Appearance
Blue Dragon has blue-green long hair, wears a sleeveless white shirt and a blue-green miniskirt. She has yellow horns with blue-green at the tip as well having two flowers blooming on her right horn.

Origins
Blue Dragon God (Seiryu) is the guardian god of the east which symbolize spring season and represent wood element. This dragon god represent specialized skills and career success.
Trivia
- In Kemono Friends 3, her 3D model's height is shorter than Black Dragon, White Dragon, and Red Dragon. However, the artwork of the five dragon gods shown at Tanashi Shrine depicts her as much taller than White Dragon.
