Hello Mimmy Serval is a collab Friend that appeared in a collaboration event in Kemono Friends 3.
Appearance
Hello Mimmy Serval is a feline Friend bearing a resemblance to Serval and other related Friends. She has dark gray eyes, short off-white hair with light gray spots on her side-bangs, and three large cat whiskers on each side of her head. At the top of her head, her hair enters a white gradient and sports two tall white cat ears. At her rear, an off-white cat tail with gray stripes and a yellow gradient at its tip.
She wears a puffy-sleeved yellow blouse under a blue overall-style dress with white ruffles at its hem, white buttons, and a cross-crossed cord in front. She has knee-high off-white socks with gray spots, and white shoes with yellow bows. She accessorizes with a large yellow bow on her right ear, an off-white and gradient white bow with gray spots around her neck, and white mittens adorned with small yellow bows. On her back, she has a very large white bow.

In the Source Material
Hello Mimmy (or simply Mimmy) is a minor character from the franchise Hello Kitty (ハロー・キティ) by Sanrio Company. She first appeared shortly after Hello Kitty in 1974.
Mimmy is Hello Kitty's twin sister, where they live in a London suburb together with their parents. She wears a yellow bow on her left ear to be distinguished from Kitty, who wears a red bow on her left ear. She is quiet and very girly, skilled in embroidery, patchwork, and baking.
Trivia
Despite her blue overall-dress, Mimmy does not actually wear blue overalls in her source material.
Her white mittens make her unique from other Felid Friends, who most often have elbow-length gloves.
