Haruka

Haruka is a human character in the world of Kemono Friends. She is a Park Guide in Kemono Friends Kingdom.

Appearance

Haruka has green hair styled in a ponytail with a red ribbon and sideswept bangs. She wears a red bandanna around her neck, an orange shirt, and a white coat with orange accents and a blue name tag clipped on it. She also wears a dark gray fanny pack, brown shorts, and sandy beige boots, with dark yellow socks poking out. Her accessories include a vial hung around her neck, a black watch on her left wrist, sunglasses on her forehead, what appears to be leg-warmers on her boots, and yellow gloves with black palms. The park logo is also scattered around her outfit; on her shirt, the sleeves of her coat, and on her boots.

Personality

Haruka is friendly and kind from the start, even with a little teasing. She tends to be understanding, not punishing or getting mad at Friends when they make mistakes. She also keeps a "no-arguing" rule in her home. As a park guide, she is very knowledgeable on both the Kingdom and on Friends, and seems to be a main source of information for Friends with questions.

Role in the Plot

Haruka explains things about the Kingdom for Jinri and advises her on where to go next, assigning a Lucky Beast to accompany her.

Relationships

Chevrotain and Least Weasel

Haruka is good friends with Chevrotain and Least Weasel. Although most of their relationship is off-screen, all three of them are very friendly and Haruka gives them light teasing. She plays an older-sister or motherly role, teaching them things and reminding them of rules.
