Emperor Penguin seems to be rather reserved and mature, corresponding with her personality in season 1 of the anime.
Role in the Plot
Beyond Memories
Emperor Penguin makes an appearance during the post-credits sketch of Episode 1, where she is sitting on a table with the rest of the PPP members in Alpaca's café, waiting for her to serve them their coffee jelly. Emperor comments on how distinctly black and white the coffee jelly is, and reacts in a distressed way when Hululu mixes it all up. She then asks enthusiastically for some of it, along with the rest of the PPP members. After that, the whole group introduce the title of the next episode.
