The Ocean's Mood is the eleventh episode of the second season of Kemono Friends.

Summary

Kyururu is on underwater, Gothic Birds appears infront of him and making another their usual weird talking, they said that Kyururu don't need his sketch book anymore. Kyururu gain his consciousness, Serval and Caracal tell him that he was saved by both Dolka and California Sea Lion, they come because of Konoha called them to warn Kyururu and his group about Friends-type Cellien which born from Kyururu's paintings. Dolka and California Sea Lion were attacked and chased by Celliens that looks like themselves, according to Konoha it's because Kyururu's attachment to his drawing so strong they also say that these Celliens able to move like them.

Kaban is riding Japari Jeep Truck with many Friends, Cheetah complain the vehicle move too slow, Arma-chan reminds her that because the vehicle carrying many Friends. Cheetah curious why everyone riding on the same vehicle, Leopard EX tell her it's because of Kyururu's drawing and she want to complain to him then Saltwater Crocodile make a comment despite what Leopard EX said, she actually worried about Kyururu, Spectacled Caiman also say not to play tough and Black Leopard agree with them. Konoha and Mimi tell everyone that Friends-type Cellien can be defeated by Friends that equal in power with them. Giant Panda sleeping leaning on Lesser Panda, Cheetah get irritated and Pronghorn suggest they should just run instead if they know the location of Kyururu's group. Lucky Beast System on the vehicle detected the signal and when it make a turn, Hululu fell down from the vehicle and Donkey help her to get back into the vehicle.

Caracal say that they have Kyururu's sketch book with them and Serval also adds since everyone here then everything will be fine then Dolka and California Sea Lion return to their own place and ask them to call for them if they need a help. Kyururu tell Serval and Caracal that he actually made another drawing for Passenger Pigeon and give it to her, he draw all of Friends he met on their journey including Passenger Pigeon. The group then go to the hotel looking for Passenger Pigeon. Inside the hotel Bat-Eared Fox dancing to PPP's song and she hoped they would come to her hotel. Habu making her usual toxic comment then Bat-Eared Fox carry the stick and point it to her, Pig call Bat-Eared Fox because the hotel window won't get clean how many time she try to clean it, then they see a huge battleship-type Cellien appear on their hotel's window. Meanwhile Passenger Pigeon enjoying Kyururu's drawing which she finds very lovely, she noticed a mysterious girl on Kyururu's drawing.

The huge Cellien break hotel's windows by using it's noise and the seawater leaked into the room then Kyururu's group reunites with Bat-Eared Fox, Habu, and Pig they ask about what's going on then they tell the group about huge Cellien. They also noticed there is Cellium on seawater and ask them to run away, Kyururu suddenly realized Passenger Pigeon isn't around and he come to look after her. Passenger Pigeon leaves her room as well Kyururu's drawing behind then Cellium substance entered the room from crack on window and move past Kyururu's drawing. Kaban and all the other Friends spotted the hotel where Kyururu's group currently resides, Leopard sisters asking about how to get it since the entrance is underwater while Saltwater Crocodile and Spectacled Caiman personally like it. Cheetah say to make vehicle faster, Sen-chan reminds her it's impossible then Pronghorn ride off from the vehicle and ask Cheetah to get on her back, she tell her not to shy. As Cheetah keep being tsundere, Pronghorn then drag her off from the vehicle while performing princess hug to Cheetah, together they are leaving everyone else behind. PPP also suggest they should get out from the vehicle too.

Kyururu running around looking for Passenger Pigeon in the hotel meanwhile Passenger Pigeon saw something that looks like a Friends. Serval and Caracal entered the room and soon they got attacked by Friends-type Cellien which mimicking Cheetah and it move very fast while at the outside Bat-Eared Fox, Habu, and Pig are surrounded by horde of Friends-type Celliens. Bat-Eared Fox is ready to accept her demise and the only thing she regreted about is she wished a lot of guests come to hotel including PPP, Pig suddenly spotted all PPP members at hotel door. Caracal and Serval are struggling to fight against Cheetah Cellien then Cheetah come to save them and destroy her doppelganger, Pronghorn say that she is the on who brought Cheetah in and then Cheetah being tsundere towards Pronghorn again. Greater Roadrunner also come but Caracal still remember her and making reactions which makes Roadrunner angry, Pronghorn tell Serval and Caracal that everyone come to the hotel. Leopard Sisters are luring Friends-type Celliens to get near water then they got ambushed by Saltwater Crocodile and Spectacled Caiman, after these Cellien got defeated they all cheers up together. Double Sphere are surrounded by Friends-type Celliens, Arma-chan tell Sen-chan to roll up into a ball before throw her away across the room which defeat all of the Celliens, she feel dizzy afterwards. Gorilla complained because Giant Panda only sleeping and she is heavy, Lesser Panda tell Giant Panda it's not the time to sleep because they are surrounded by horde of Friends-type Celliens. Gorilla decided to get serious and is about to fight Celliens but Giant Panda already beat all of them for disturbing her sleep then she go sleep again. Everyone managed to save Bat-Eared Fox, Habu, and Pig from Celliens. PPP also said they would like to stay at their hotel. Konoha and Mimi are glad because Kyururu's sketchbook is safe but the appearance of Friends-type Celliens can only mean another drawing about them are still somewhere. Kyururu is in hurry to find Passenger Pigeon, the episode ended with Amur Tiger drawing being focused on.
