Cougar is a Friend who appears in Kemono Friends Pavilion. She is the fourth Friend to have been added to the game after release, being added on 21st February 2018.

How to Encounter

While most of the newer friends are often rare, Cougar's difficulty is exacerbated by some of the items added during her update having been time-limited (and now unavailable). The player will therefore require even more luck to either roll one of her desired Playthings or spawn her on a different item with rare encounter chances.

The unavailable items in question are the Big Bell and the Tuna Can; the player can still roll for the Hula Hoop.
