Mountain Tapir is a Friend who appears in Kemono Friends Pavilion. She was the tenth Friend added to the game after the Plains update, and the 213th Friend added overall.

標高2000m～4500mの高地に住んでいて、黒くほかのバクより長い体毛で覆われています。アンデス山脈に分布していますが、ベネズエラにいたものは絶滅してしまいました。「わたし、夜のお散歩が好きなんです。星と星を繋げて絵を描くのが楽しくて仕方がないんですよ。わたしは『星絵』って呼んでますっ。なかなか楽しさを上手く伝えられないのが悩みですけど……。星がよく見えるように、今日も高いところにお散歩行ってきますっ」	{{{endescription}}}
