Royal Penguin is a decent enough Heal Friend for a team in dire need of one—she'll get the job done—but she's definitely outclassed by other healers on teams that don't have one or more other penguins. On teams where other penguins are being used, then yes, Royal Penguin can be a good option, but if a player isn't using all five penguins the returns on Princess can be somewhat diminishing.

If you're looking for a Wonder-Radiance Heal Friend and aren't using any other penguins on your team, you're better off using Arctic Hare, who is strictly superior in terms of her healing capabilities, her Habit options, and her stat spread (the latter of which is considerably superior to what Princess has to offer, despite both Friends being of five-star rarity). On top of that, both aforementioned Friends struggle to compete with top-tier healers Suri Alpaca and/or Passenger Pigeon for a team slot, since they are dramatically more powerful thanks to their six-star rarities. Since the Radiance of Heal Friends is generally less important to a team structure than that of attackers, buffers, and de-buffers, it doesn't even matter that they aren't Wonder Radiance—they're just that good.
