Hippopotamus is a Friend that appears in both versions of Kemono Friends 3. She premiered alongside the Fitness Test: Hippopotamus Arc event as a limited Friend in the event gacha.

Trivia

• Hippopotamus' tail can be seen without her clothes covering it on costumes other than the default costume.
• This isn't the first time Hippopotamus has been voiced by Haruka Terui, before KF3 she had also voiced Hippopotamus in the 2017 Anime. She also voiced Aardwolf in both the 2017 Anime and Kemono Friends 2 and many characters in the original 2015 mobile game.
