Tasmanian Devil is a Friend that appears in both versions of Kemono Friends 3. She was released alongside the event "Dance with the Darkness! Jet-Black Darkness Hinamatsuri". She is a member of the BATTEN Japari-Dan appearing in the main story, along with Australian Devil and Blackbuck who is their leader.
Personality
Keheheh! BATTEN Japari-Dan's ever-enthusiastic Tasmanian Devil is always on board for playing games and getting up to antics; rarely would she turn down an opportunity to cause a ruckus. She can be reckless, which has the potential to get her in trouble, but fortunately Blackbuck and Australian Devil are usually there to rein her in— or, if necessary, bail her out. Much like her team's leader, she has a fondness for the bizarre and the eerie.
Despite her brazenness, she's a very sweet Friend who has the well-being of others at the forefront of her mind.

Relationships
BATTEN Japari-Dan
Serving under the leadership of Blackbuck, Tasmanian Devil is a member of BATTEN Japari-Dan alongside her look-a-like teammate, Australian Devil.
Tasmanian Devil and the other members of BATTEN Japari-Dan are good friends with Calenda, travelling with her through the Kyōshū Region and helping her track down a haywire Flicky.
Tasmanian Devil is particularly friendly towards Flicky, being worried about its well-being when it is alone in the savanna overnight. This is partly due to her failing to understand its nature as a robot, and partly due to her innately caring nature.
Fraternal Myotis and BATTEN Japari-Dan become friends after adventuring together in search of a mysterious, sinister cackling, the source of which would be revealed to be Fraternal Myotis herself. Tasmanian Devil desperately wants to be taught how to produce such a chilling laugh herself, but to no avail.
Stats
Strategy
Tasmanian Devil has one of the highest Attack stats in the game, capable of dealing excellent damage even on turns where
Beat flags are not used or into neutral-effectiveness type match-ups. Like other Friends with high Attack, this gives her an ability to focus down priority enemies by spamming attacks from the get-go, and as such is effective in PvP and against stronger Celliens such as Tail Cells. It is recommended to unlock her Miracle Trait as soon as possible, as it is key to the fearsome basic-attack damage she is known for. Fielding her at nighttime or alongside
Try teams can make her even more terrifying.
However, she is prevented from being a true DPS due to possessing a spread-damage Miracle rather than a single-target Miracle. Being unable to do massive damage in this manner hurts her long-term damage output compared to purer DPS alternatives such as Ezo Red Fox. In Dojo—unless you lack
Lovely alternatives with 2/2/1 flags or Miracles that are either single-target damage or team attack buffs—this makes her a less-than-ideal choice. This also means she can suffer against high-HP bosses where all-in Miracle bursts are typically the most effective, although in this case you can at least spam her flags for as much basic-attack damage you can muster if you feel the fight is soon going to end badly.
When short-term damage is not your concern, Tasmanian Devil is best fielded as a damage-oriented support instead of a DPS. She has a highly desirable 2/2/1 deck, allowing you to stack more
Beat and
Action flags and utilise Friends with non-ideal decks that nevertheless fit into your strategy. Both her attacks and her excellent standby will keep your sustained damage healthy while you get choruses and gather MP, facilitating the usage of tanks and healers to round the team out and address Tasmanian Devil's poor defense and lack of sustain. Her CC, while unreliable, can buy you further setup time when it does proc.
