Tommy, otherwise known as Bucky to western audiences, is a collab Friend based on the character of the same name which appears in the Osamu Tezuka manga Jungle Emperor (ジャングル大帝, Janguru Taitei). Tommy first debuted in a collaboration held by Chiba Zoological Park related to a 1997 film based upon the work.
