Summary
Kaban and Serval are arrested by two unknown Friends who consider them as suspecious outsiders. These Friends are Arabian Oryx and Aurochs, they ask them if they come from West or East, nevertheless Kaban is too afraid to find the words to talk, Lucky follows the same case. In this critical situation, Serval Cat bravely shares her area known as Savanna. Arabian Oryx and Aurochs are confused and decide to drag them to their "general" instead.
The warriors carry off Kaban and Serval Cat to a dojo where they have to encounter the mysterious general face to face. They enter a room where they see two yellow eyes in the shadow belonging to Lion who wait at the middle of the room, she demands them all the informations she wants such as their goal in the Plains, were they came from and their birthplaces. However Kaban hesitates on her birthplace, in results Lion orders her bodygards to leave the room and to let her alone with Kaban and Serval cat. After Arabian Orix and Aurochs left, Lion acts differently and lie down the ground in front of Kaban and Serval who were still scared. Lion declares that she have to act like a leader when her minions are with her, mostly because of the war they have against an army led by the Friend Moose. nonetheless, Lion doesn't take much attention about the war, her only wishes is to lounging and relax herself away from all of these, unfortunately the ennemy don't want to listen a single word and still haven't surrender the war. On top of that, they attempted to assault Lion's territory 51 times by keep attacking in a straight line and get beaten by Lion's minions before they even make their way to the dojo, Lion is worry about their security. Kaban proposes to make a different kind of war and have a safer way of deciding the outcome. The fighters will now use secured weapon, to achieve the victory, they need to be burst the balloon of the enemies, if the balloon of a general bursts, the opposite army will automatically gain the victory.
After the meeting and the plans set, Kaban and Serval Cat join the other team. They encounter the general Moose who give a speech to motivate her army composed of the Friends Giant Armadillo, Crested Porcupine, White Rhinoceros, Shoebill and Panther Chameleon. The team and moose herself gladly welcome the new recruits Kaban and Serval Cat who are still wondering why they are in this situation. In reality, Lion simply asked them to help Moose gain the victory of the next war, trusting Kaban's intelligence for it. While Moose is motivating her army, Kaban suddenly gets surprised by Shoebill who strongly stares at them. To avoid the situation, Serval Cat raises up her hand and ask Moose how they will fight against Lion. She will take the same strategy that they used countless times, however the question raise up an idea to her and decides to practices with the weapons they have.
Kaban and Serval Cat assists at the first training fight with Moose against Giant Armadillo who try her best to resists, unfortunately Moose uses her might to quickly repel her opponnent into a wall and win this fight. Serval Cat and White Rhinoceros prepared herselves for the following combat, before Crested Porcupine starts the fight Serval Cat is still a confused about the way to use a weapon. During the clash, White Rhinoceros swings the first attack but Serval Cat dodges it by jumping in the air, the others Friends who contemplate the fight are impressed by that jump. White Rhinoceros blocks the attack and back off Serval Cat but continue her assault. Scared, Serval Cat run away from her until she is exhausted because of the weight of her armor, she take advantages and burst the balloon of White Rhinoceros giving her victory. Kaban and Panther Chameleon are the next candidates to fights, during it Kaban manage to scared her opponent who try to make herself invisible, nevertheless she don't have the time to completely disappears and lose the fight. At the end of the fights, Kaban questions Moose about the goals of White Rhinoceros and Panther Chameleon she decided to adoptes for the war, but apperently nothing changes to origin plan and still want attack Lion's in a straight line without any strategies. Kaban then suggests a better plan to the general.
Kaban and Serval Cat are gracefully complimented, they ask to Moose's companions how the wars beetween the two clans started. At the beginning, their fights were considered as a game and Moose's desire was to simply have a duel with Lion, however they never managed to defeat Aurochs and Arabian Oryx because of their combat's abilities and their teamwork. They also learn the existence of a third Lion's bodyguard, but they never seen her. The discussion is rougly interrupted by Shoebill's stare.
It is time for the great fight, the armies take position before it begin. When the horn have been shout the two sides charge straight line to each other as usual, only this time Aurochs and Arabian Oryx get surprised when they notice that only Giant Armadillo and White Rhinoceros were theres. The two Moose's companions use their defense skills to fight against the other two fighters, Arabian Oryx and Aurochs try to find an another solution until they see something ressembling to Moose's horns hidden behind a hedge.
Somewhere else, Kaban and Moose make their way to Lion's dojo. They reunite herselves with Panther Chameleon who used her invisible skill to escape the fight. While they walk in the dojo, Moose is still amazed by the ability of Panther Chameleon and ask her why she didn't do it before, but Panther Chameleon already demanded it Moose. They encounter the third Lion's fighter Japanese Black Bear who guards a door, they decide to avoid her but Moose blindly show herself to the enemy and taunts her in a small speech bravely said, Japanese Black Bear starts to chase them after the prestation of Moose. Panther Chameleon want to face against her, and let the others ran away to join Lion, she use her skill again to trick her opponent and use her "Caltrops technique" to burst her balloon. Lack of luck, one of the Caltrops stayed stuck in the roof and fall down on her head and burst her own balloon.
Cutting back to the fight outside, Serval, Shoebill and Crested Porcupine tries to hold the head they made that look like Moose's horns to trick Lion's bodyguards. Arabian Oryx throw her weapon against the them and hit the fake head which Which shifts with the shock, when Serval Cat put the head back, Arabian Oryx and Aurochs are terrified by it. Moose finally has the privilege to face Lion thanks to Kaban, while they unsheathe their weapons, they also release their wild side. After an intense duel, the outcome is a draw. When the generals joins their army, they share the results of her duel and the feelings they had from it. They decide to abandon the fort which seem useless to them now. While everyone is exicted for the new rules for the next "war", Shoebill yet again stares Serval Cat and Kaban, but this time to ask the question if Kaban is a human.
At the end, Common Raccoon and Fennec join the mysterious secret area in the Desert, they encounter Sand Cat and Tsuchinoko along the way. Apperently Common Raccoon know how to make Boss talk.
