In Kemono Friends Kingdom, Boss Celliens are a special, powerful class of Cellien which are typically battled alone on their own dedicated stages. These Celliens have various special traits and abilities that can make them dangerous for unprepared teams, and tend to unleash super-powered attacks after a number of turns have passed. Raid battles are fought against a rotating roster of Boss Celliens, and some stages and areas have one or more unique Boss Celliens which only appear there.
General Strategy
- Boss Celliens tend to start fights with a special aura that boosts their attacking stats to dangerous levels. This buff is dispelled by the Miracle of a, making this role virtually necessary on all teams seeking to combat most Boss Celliens in any meaningful way.
- Because Boss Celliens unleash super-charged attacks at set intervals, bringing at least one is strongly recommended when battling most Boss Celliens. Time this Friend's Miracle to coincide with the turn the Boss Cellien intends to unleash its super attack. For some Boss Celliens who fire off a strong attack on the turn before their super attack, it may be advantageous to bring two Guard Friends.
- Learning the unique mechanics of each Boss Cellien is essential, as some fights may discourage typical game-play strategies such as attacking Cores.
