Ezo Red Fox appeared as a major Friend in Episode 9 - Snowy Mountains Area along with Silver Fox taking care of the Japari Onsen in the Snowy Mountains.
Personality
Ezo Red Fox is a reserved Friend that does not want to exposes herself to the others unless she is with Silver Fox. She is calm and discrete, and spends most of her time playing video games or resting. She does not seems to have much interest in the world that's around her, and only focuses her thoughts on her hobbies.
Role in the Plot
Episode 9 - Snowy Mountains Area
Ezo Red Fox first appears at the first encounter with the protagonists. She stays behind Silver Fox during the conversation, complaining that she just wants to warm up by resting in the igloo that Kaban built. The group then heads to the broken machine that Red Fox and Silver Fox need to fix. Kaban and Serval Cat explore the area while Red Fox and Silver Fox repair the machine which has been clogged by sulfur.
Eventually the extractor is finally fixed but a group of Ceruleans attacks the group. Kaban uses her wit to quickly build a sled and bring the group to safety, with Red fox using her video game knowledge to order Silver Fox and turn to the right and bring them back to the Japari Bus.
They make it back to the hot springs safely, but Red Fox immediately runs away from the others, heading towards a Japari Arcade to play a game. The other Friends get ready to relax in the springs. Kaban is hesitant and teaches the others in the group that their clothes can come off as to make the spring more relaxing.
Episode 12 - Amusement Park
Ezo Red Fox helps take down the Black Cerulean with the assistance of Silver Fox, Suri Alpaca and Tsuchinoko. She participates in the party at the end, but spends most of her time relaxing herself in an abandoned big wheel along with Lion.
Relationships
Silver Fox
Ezo Red Fox follows Silver Fox everywhere she goes, portraying her strong faith that she has in her, almost seeing her as a "Big sister." They maintain the hot springs together and work to offer peace and tranquility for the other Friends.
