|personality=When acting before her subordinates, Lion is a serious, charismatic, and even intimidating presence, demonstrating great confidence in her physical strength and fighting abilities. She can be protective over the Friends under her leadership—her "girls", in her words—and treats them kindly, expressing faith in the capabilities of her bodyguards.

 

Despite her tough outer shell, Lion can be lazy and carefree when not keeping up appearances for her underlings, valuing any opportunity to rest and relax. She seems to bore easily, and wants to feel the excitement of fighting [[Moose/Anime|Moose]].

After it is explained that Moose's team typically loses their battles early, preventing Lion and Moose from meeting one another face to face, Lion requests that [[Kaban]] and [[Serval/Anime|Serval]] work on her behalf as members of Moose's team in order to help her successfully reach Lion's quarters for a head-to-head match. Thanks to these efforts, Lion and Moose share an explosive duel which ends in a tie, and at the episode's end the two are seen laughing together arm in arm as they reunite with the rest of their companions.

 

Lion tries to help Kaban after she is attacked by the [[Black Cellien]], being carried in by [[Crested Ibis/Anime|Crested Ibis]] by air alongside Moose. She is later seen participating in the Friends' victory party, taking time to sleep in the cabin of an abandoned ride alongside [[Ezo Red Fox/Anime|Ezo Red Fox]].

Lion and Moose share what was initially a one-sided rivalry, as they had never met face-to-face prior to the events of the Kemono Friends anime; the latter had repeatedly made many failed charges in efforts to invade the Plains Area's castle. Thanks to the efforts of Kaban, Serval, and Moose's troops, the two leaders are able to meet face-to-face and exchange blows in a heated battle which ultimately results in a draw. Both leaders are satisfied with this outcome, and the two become fast friends.
