Unlike [[Black Dragon]], [[Red Dragon]], and [[White Dragon]], she was first revealed on Twitter rather than in [[Kemono Friends 3]]. She is the transformed form of [[Seiryu]].
Appearance:	Blue Dragon has blue-green long hair, wears a sleeveless white shirt and a blue-green miniskirt. She has yellow horns with blue-green at the tip as well having two flowers blooming on her right horn.

Trivia:	*In Kemono Friends 3, her 3D model's height is shorter than [[Black Dragon]], [[White Dragon]], and [[Red Dragon]]. However, the artwork of the five dragon gods shown at Tanashi Shrine depicts her as much taller than White Dragon.
