The twenty-first episode of Welcome to Japari Park (2018 ONA). This episode storyline is based on KF Nexon Chapter 7 Episode 1 - Chapter 7 Episode 7.
Summary
Mirai talking about the rumors surrounding the ocean in Gokoku Region such as the hidden pirate treasure chest, ghost ship, and the mysterious sea monster known as Gossy. The place also held preparation for Art Festival where friends from all region could show their arts however Margay, one of the participant was attacked and her movie script taken away by Celliens. Margay also say that she couldn't even remember the script despite normally she could come with a new idea right away. Towa's group know that Margay's sparkle was taken away by Celliens and they are going to help finding the Cellien who took her movie script. The group asked Margay about the appearance of Cellien who took her movie script, she drew it in her paper, it's a black colored Cellien with sphere shaped which they never seen before. When Serval and Caracal saw Japanese River Otter, Mirai fawned over her and then she explained to both of them because Japanese River Otter can't be found outside of park anymore and the fact they able meet with extinct animals is only possible due the miracle of Sandstar, it also a proof that Kako's wishes came true. Mirai tell Serval that Kako is the professor who studies about extinct animals, she is also the one who taught her about animals and someone whom she respect very much. Lulu and Crested Ibis tell that they found black Cellien while Serval and White Rhinoceros marching without thinking, soon they fell to the trap and surrounded by the black Celliens.
At the end of episode there is a video record of Kako saying that Cellien may pose a great threat to both humans and animals. Although they are contained within limited range it could be easily being undone. She hates being gloomy and hoped that she could get back to her usual research.

Mirai and Serval are the one who do the commentary about Margay animal talk. Serval say that the park Margay good at impersonating the others but she prefer watch the others acting than she act herself.
