The Golden Snub-Nosed Monkey is a type of monkey Friend who has appeared in various Kemono Friends media.
Appearance
Golden Snub-Nosed Monkey has golden-orange hair with a long golden ponytail but brown at the the tip, a brown wick on the front of her head,and a circlet around her head inspired by the Chinese mythology "Sun Wukong". She wear a chinese Sleeveless yellow-white suit along with a golden band collar with square, a white circular skirtwith pressed-in ridges. She has orange evening gloves and thigh highs with rings around her wrists and ankles. Like other Friends based on animals that have ears and tails, she also has both that befit her species.

The Golden Snub-Nosed Monkey is a primate with a large fur and a snub nose blue, their genus is called Rhinopithecus and their familly Cercopithecidae. They are herbivore, they usually eat lichens, young leaves, fruits or seeds, buds, mature leaves, herbs, bark, and flowers, this diet varies from season to season. The Golden Snub-Nosed monkey is the princpal species, there's three sub-species known as The Black Snub-nosed monkey, The Grey Snub-Nosed Monkey and The Tonkin Snub-Nosed Monkey.
The Golden Snub-Nosed Monkey can be found in groups of five to ten monkey. The Social organization of this species is quite difficult. The Male is generally alone surrounded by females, he may stay away from the groups. The Females prefer to stay with the other females and try to socialize. Conflict can be provoked with an another groups.
