Eastern Spot-Billed Duck is a type of Friend that appeared in the original Kemono Friends mobile game.

Appearance

She has amber eyes with short dirty blonde hair that has a brown curved triangle spot in the center of her head, and her middlemost bang is brown in color, resembling a beak, with a yellow spot at the tip. As other avian Friends, she has a pair of wings in her head, and a brown bird tail. She wears a white shirt, a brown single breasted jacket on top that has several beige lines at the borders, and a beige jabot. She has dark brown gloves that fades to white towards the tip of the fingers, with a small green spot in the thumb, a small skirt of the same color pattern as her jacket, with several dark brown circles scattered across, and orange leggings with Mary Jane shoes of the same color.

In her new design, Eastern Spot-Billed Duck has orange eyes, short ash blonde hair with two horizontal brown lines in her bangs. Her hair has a big brown portion at the middle, then it fades to black in her middlemost bang, elevating slightly and ending in a yellow and brown spot, resembling the beak of a real duck. She has a pair of wings at the top of her head, that are mainly brown in color and black at the tips, with a small blue patch in them, and has an animal tail that is curved upwards, brown and white in color. She wears a beige scarf in a front tie style, a tucked in brown shirt with wide sleeves shaped like the feather in her wings, and a pink apron with candies in her front pouch, tied with a big ribbon on her back. On her arms, she has a pair of blue sweatbands, and she is holding a duck crossing sign. On her lower body, she wears beige wide leg bermuda shorts, orange leggings and orange and black sneakers.

In Real Life

Eastern Spot-Billed Ducks are a species of duck distributed through eastern Asia. They are about 60 cm in length, with their wingspan being around 80 cm. Their body is brown-gray, presenting a scaly pattern, a green distinctive wing patch, some white feathers in their wings and a dark bill tipped with yellow. This species lives in lakes, ponds, streams and other inland and coastal wetlands, building their nests in vegetation next to water.

Eastern Spot-Billed Ducks are mostly sedentary, migrating locally for water sources and feeding grounds. They feed on grasses and other vegetations, with insects sometimes being included in their diet.
