Personality
She is a self-proclaimed messenger of God. She is considered suspicious by Silver Fox. She has an ostentatious demeanor and is accompanied by Polar Bear, but it is not clear if she really has any powers.
Role in the Plot
She lives in a shrine in the Snowy Mountains Area. She is acquainted with both Silver Fox and Ezo Red Fox. One day, Woolly Mammoth, Okapi from the savanna area, asked her to solve the problem of cold weather throughout Japari Park. Regarding the cold weather in the park, Oinari-sama said that a snow festival would solve the problem, but when Okapi and her friends asked her to show them how to do it, she listed inarizushi as an exchange. Later, when asked to show Ezo Red Fox and her friends how to do it, who did not know how to harvest rice, Oinari-sama suggested canceling the dance competition for the Snow Festival's entertainment. The reason why was that she was bothered by the fact that all the contestants had gone to the shrine to pray for the winner. Finally, she could not eat inarizushi. However, her reaction to this is not depicted, so it is unclear how she feels about it.
