Virtually nothing is known about Humboldt Penguin's personality, but she at least takes time to attend Crested Ibis and Scarlet Ibis' concert.
Role in the Plot
Humboldt Penguin attends Crested Ibis and Scarlet Ibis' concert recital, but like everyone else flees from Scarlet Ibis' singing when she attempts a solo.
