Aurochs is a Friend who first appears at the end of Episode 5 - Lake Shore, and is introduced in Episode 6 - Plains, of the original Kemono Friends anime.
Personality
Brave and fiercely loyal to her leader, Lion, Aurochs isn't afraid to raise her gargantuan spear against those she perceives as enemies of her colleagues.
Role in the Plot
Episode 5 - Lake Shore
Aurochs and Arabian Oryx detain Kaban and Serval shortly after the latter pair enters the Plains Area, proceeding to take their prisoners to Lion.
Episode 6 - Plains
Aurochs engages Giant Armadillo and White Rhinoceros in combat, and spies what appears to be their leader, Moose hiding in nearby bushes. This ends up being a ploy orchestrated by Kaban.
Episode 12 - Amusement Park
Aurochs is one of the Friends seen joining in the final fight against the Black Cellien.
Relationships
Lion
Aurochs is Lion's subordinate and serves her with fierce loyalty.
Arabian Oryx
Aurochs and Arabian Oryx are teammates under Lion's leadership. The pair works together to capture the Japari Bus and battle against Moose's forces.
