Template:PavFace
PavFace is a Template which prints out facesprites from Kemono Friends Pavilion based on the Friend ID. For convenience, Friend IDs will be labelled appropriately at the bottom of the page.
{{PavFace|id=0020}}
Using PavFace you can quickly call for any of these pictures without needing to remember the full filename of these sprites.
{{PavFace|id=0001|faceid=08}}
PavFace also allows you to call for specific facesprites from the full set of sprites used by a Friend, but the face depicted by each Friend for each Face ID varies and may be inconsistent. Values for faceid range from 01 to 08 in most cases. The default value for faceid is "01", which is their default face setting in-game.
{{PavFace|id=0016|faceid=04|size=100px}}
Using PavFace you can also set the size of the image if need be. The default size is 40px, icon-sized pictures for use in large tables and templates, and may be expanded up to 234px before it exceeds the size of the original image and begins to lose quality.
{{PavFace|id=0001|faceid=01|size=100px|lucky=2}}
{{PavFace|id=0001|faceid=01|size=100px|lucky=3}}
PavFace can also be used to print the Lucky Beast facesprites used in KemoTalks. The parameter "lucky" is normally set to 1 when left blank, but when set to "2", the image that prints comes from the Lucky Beast image set. Lucky Beast is id 0001, and Type-3 Lucky Beast is 0002. Each of them only have 3 sprites, so their "faceid" range goes from 01 to 03. In most cases, this particular function will never be needed. This same parameter is also used for the Mirai and Kako sprites - Mirai is 0001, and Kako is 0002. These two sprites are used when the value of "lucky" is set to "3". The parameter's name, "lucky", is also a relic of times when Mirai and Kako didn't have sprites in the game at all. Unlike the Lucky Beasts, Mirai and Kako both have a full set of 8 face sprites.
{{PavFace|id=0001|faceid=01|size=100px|gen=2}}
PavFace allows the user to set the Friend generation by using the "gen" parameter. A value of "1" (the default) indicates Gen ?, and a value of "2" indicates Gen 2. Nothing else needs changed - the same Friend ID and face ID rules are in place for Gen 2 as they are in Gen ?.
{{PavFace|id=0002|faceid=03|size=100px|link=Raccoon/Pavilion}}
Lastly, by default, PavFace links to the image itself. However, using a "link" parameter, you can set the image to link to a specific page. Simply type in the exact page name and the image will link to the required page without any problems.
