Silver Fox is a Friend who appears in Kemono Friends Pavilion.

Personality

Silver Fox's personality here is mostly similar to her anime counterpart. However, she also has a more Tsundere-like side (which is not elaborated upon deeply in the 2017 anime) in some of her Kemotalks.

ギンギツネはアカギツネの黒色化型で、灰色の体毛と黒い耳が特徴です。エサを地中に埋め、これを掘り返して分割して食べます。嗅覚ではなく埋めたときの記憶で掘り当てるといわれており、賢い頭脳が窺えます。 「記憶力に自信があるわ。頭を使って答えを見つけるのも好きだから、論理的な思考も得意。何かあったら、即席の発明品で助けてあげる。でも、勘違いしないでね、あなたを助けるのは興味があるから。論理的に考えてね」

The silver fox is a melanistic variant of the red fox, with silver fur and black ears. It buries its food in the ground, then digs it up later and eats it in portions. It is said to remember where it buries its food rather than relying on its sense of smell, so it can be seen that it has quite a clever brain. "I have confidence in my memory. Since I like to use my head to find solutions, I'm also good at logical thinking. If anything comes up, I'll help you with my improvised inventions. But, don't get me wrong, I'm just interested in helping you for its own sake. Think about it logically."

How to Encounter

Silver Fox has a higher encounter chance in the Mountain area compared to other areas, and many of her rateups are effective there; this may be due to the fact that she belongs to the Snowy Mountain area in the 2017 anime. However, there are a handful of rateups available that allow her to appear in several other areas, such as the Red One-Pole Tent for Jungle and the Cone Cup or Hinadan for Waterfront.

Silver Fox has the distinction of having a craftable duckboat: the Ball Pit. The Large Ball Pit also has great encounter rates, albeit not to the same extent.

Unique Behavior

• ギンギツネジャンプ (Silver Fox Jump) - Does a leaping dive into the Ball Pit from the left, before surfacing with a cheerful expression.
