Serval is a Friend who appears in Kemono Friends Pavilion.

Personality

Serval's personality is very similar to that of her anime counterpart, despite the total absence of her best friend Kaban.

大きな耳とスリムな身体か特徴で、その聴カはネコ科を代表するほど優れています。２，３ｍは軽々飛べるジャンプカを生かした、狩りの達人です。サーバルは「猟犬」を意味するという説もあります。 「はいはーい！みんな元気？サバンナのことならな何でも間いてね。よく『ドジッ娘』とか『トラブルメーカー』とか言われるけど、そんなことないもん！みんなを笑顏にするのが、わたしの使命。今日もジャンプしたり、狩りごっこをしたり、元気いっぱいがんばるよー！」	{{{endescription}}}

How to Encounter

Serval is scripted to always be the first friend the player encounters via the beginning tutorial. Being one of the main mascots of the entire Kemono Friends franchise, she is a very common Friend who appears at a multitude of Playthings and across all areas. Savanna - Her favourite area, with a common-level affinity. She will appear relatively often on anything you care to place here, but the Mouse Toy/Golden Mouse Toy have rateup/UB bonuses.
Mountain - Moderately high base spawn rate, but has rateups on the Game Machine and Foxtail Toy.
Waterfront - Middling spawn rate compared to her best areas, but the Blue Handball is cheaply craftable.
Jungle - Surprisingly rare for Jungle; while there are no items with rateups, she still has a (low) base rate.
Desert - Higher than Jungle but lower than Waterfront, with similarly absent rateups.
Ocean - Moderate spawn rate, with the Beach Chair being a craftable rateup.

Unique Behavior

Serval has 3 unique behaviors, the most out of all friends in the game. They are as follows:

• サーバルジャンプ (Serval Jump) - Pounces on the Handball with her signature Serval Jump. (This does not happen with the Blue Handball.)
• ねこパンチ (Cat Punch) - Punches the Mouse Toy back and forth.
• 金のねこパンチ (Golden Cat Punch) - Punches the Golden Mouse Toy back and forth. Identical to Cat Punch.
