全長1mを超える大型のインコです。中南米の湿潤な熱帯の樹林帯に生息していて、陽気で好奇心旺盛な性格です。植物の種子や果物を食べていますが、食事の後、粘土をついばみ、種子に含まれる毒素を中和しています。 「オイッ！遊び大好き！おしゃべり大好き！のコンゴウインコだよ！ひとりだとさびしーけど、みんなといるから元気、元気。今日は水浴びもしたし、機嫌がいいから踊っちゃおっかなー、オイオイッ！」	Oi! I’m Scarlet Macaw! I love to play! I love to talk! Being alone is lonely but because I’m with everyone, I’m feel energetic, energetic. Today I’ve played with water and I’m feeling good so I will dance; oi, oi!

How to Encounter

Scarlet Macaw has rateups on three of the version 1.1.0 items: the Radio Cassette, the Confetti Ball and the Wooden Jungle Gym, giving her fairly difficult chances compared to the other Friends in that release. However, this is mitigated if the player is willing to use Rough Steel to craft the Radio Cassette (which is recommended anyway due to its versatile rateups).

Unique Behavior

• くす玉割り (Cracking the confetti ball) - Looks up at the Confetti Ball from the ground, then jumps up and headbutts the ball open. This mimics the animal's behavior of cracking open nuts with their beaks.

• Scarlet Macaw was announced to be appearing in Pavilion in a Tweet posted on November 22nd, 2017.
• On 4/4/18, the day of her implementation along with the Jungle area, her in-game design was changed from that of her reveal; the yellow section on her wing was changed so that it was now wider than the green.
• Her description was given a minor change on 8/21/19: "1メートル" was changed to "1m".
