The Red Fox is a type of mammal Friend that debuted in the third official Kemono Friends guidebook. She has since been featured in the mobile games Kemono Friends Pavilion and Kemono Friends Festival.

Not to be confused with Ezo Red Fox.

Appearance

Red Fox has hair characterized by three colors, mainly burnt orange. This fades into black in the front and white in the back. She has amber-colored eyes and a slight blush on each cheek.

Red Fox wears a very light grey, nearly white button-up shirt, burnt orange sleeves similar in color to her hair, and a matching light grey bow tie following the trend of other fox Friends. Under this bow tie is a vibrant orange flat tip skinny tie. Red Fox's hands and arms are covered by her black evening gloves, long enough to disappear into the sleeves of her shirt. A darker grey miniskirt, black knee high socks, and black loafers complete the outfit.

The Red Fox is the largest of the foxes and has the greatest geographic range of all members of the Carnivora order. Red foxes are usually together in pairs or small groups consisting of families, eat primarily eat small preys such rabbits, galliformes, reptiles and invertebrates, however it can also eat fruits and vegetables from time to time.

Although the red fox hunts others predators including other foxes, it can be targeted by larger predators, such as wolves, coyotes, golden jackals and medium- and large-sized felines.
