The Polar Bear is a type of bear Friend which first appeared in the original Kemono Friends game.
Appearance
Polar Bear has short, white hair, with a dark circular spot in her middlemost bang that fades into white at the top. She has brown irides with highlights, which indicates her animal species is not extinct. She has a winter hoodie, with furred tips and a furred hood. It is white, but its fur has a slight tint of beige - it's also tied by a string with small pompons. The hoodie partially covers a white skirt. She has white gloves, of which the fingers are colored black. She alaso has white stockings, which cover white boots with black strings and a furred end. Like the other bears, she has a mace-like weapon with a wooden handle. The 'mace' itself is in the shape of a bear paw. Like all Friends, she has the traits of the animal species she belongs to alongside her normal human body. In her case, this manifests as the ears and the small tail of a polar bear.

In Real Life
Polar Bears live in the arctic region surrounding the North Pole, near the coastlines. They are considered marine mammals due to them being adapted for a marine lifestyle. Adult Polar bears can be up to 2.5 m long and weight up to 800 kg, with females being significantly smaller than males. Polar Bears have black skin, and their fur is actually translucent, and can appear to be white, yellowish, or even light brown depending on the time of the year and light conditions.
Polar Bears are solitary and excellent swimmers, getting almost all of their food from the ocean. They are carnivorous and mainly pray on ringed seals and bearded seals, and they can eat a large variety of meat including fish, small mammals and the carcases of other seals, whales and walruses. Polar Bears prefer to feed on the blubber of the seals, because it provides them with a large amount of calories to maintain their fat layers that keep them warm. These 4-layers of fat are also one of the reasons why they weight so much, even compared to other bears.
