Collaboration between Kemono Friends 3 and NIJISANJI's Debidebi Debiru. The Virtual YouTuber appeared during the event's story, and a Friend of themselves (Debiru-sama) was created from their phone's wallpaper which could be recruited and used as a regular unit. Australian Devil and Tasmanian Devil also received Hanamaru Change units dressed like Debidebi Debiru and featuring them in their Miracles in this event. The real life Debidebi Debiru also held a stream where they played Kemono Friends 3, showing themselves rolling for the unit and playing through the event story. KemoV's Island Fox also streamed herself playing through the event and rolling for them.

Shiro Chronicle Joker
A collaboration with the Japanese town management simulation game Shiro Chronicle Joker was held between June 7th and July 9th, 2019. Kemono Friends Pavilion received Playthings themed after the game, and a large amount of Friends appeared as animated statues in Shiro Chronicle Joker. Zoo Collaborations
Staying true to its animal theme, Kemono Friends has collaborated with various zoos across Japan. In a typical collaboration, the participating zoo will put up a cardboard cut-out of an animal's corresponding Friend in front of their enclosure, in addition to selling Kemono Friends-themed merchandise. Tobu Zoo Collaboration
Kemono Friends' first zoo collaboration, at Hybrid Leisure Land Tobu Zoo, made international headlines due to the "relationship" formed between one of the zoo's older Humboldt penguins, named "Grape", and his enclosure's cardboard cut-out of Hululu, Kemono Friends' own Humboldt Penguin. The original run of this collaboration lasted from 4/22/2017 to 6/25/2017, and a second collab lasted from 7/15/2017 to 9/3/2017.

A collaboration between Kemono Friends and Hanazono Church Aquarium (京都花園教会水族館), Kyoto, to crowdfund the maintenance and 10th anniversary event for the aquarium, from 6/7/2022 to 9/5/2022. The Aquarium reached its crowdfunding goal and 10th anniversary event is held from February 18 to May 18 which was later extended to June 18, 2023. A Kemono Friends fan art contest is being held during the event period. For the first time the event also allow participants outside Japan. Numazu Deep Sea Aquarium Collaboration
On May 26, 2023, Kemono Friends Project announced via Twitter a collaboration event with Numazu Deep Sea Aquarium (沼津港深海水族館), Shizuoka. The aquarium, also being the world’s first museum centered on deep sea species, is best known for its three taxidermy specimens and two frozen specimens of coelacanth. The collab event will be held from June 18 to July 3, 2023. Two new Friends, Coelacanth and Japanese Pancake Devilfish, have also been revealed and have also been implemented in Kemono Friends 3 on June 19 as part of the collab.
Nonhoi Park Collaboration (2023)
On August 26, 2023, Kemono Friends Project announced via Twitter a collaboration event with Nonhoi Park (Toyohashi Zoo and Botanical Park) (豊橋総合動植物公園), Aichi. The event would be held from August 17 to September 2, 2023. Two new Friends, Serval (EX4) and Aardvark have been revealed and would be implemented in Kemono Friends 3 on August 17 as part of the collab.
