砂漠や乾燥地帯で暮らしています。体長３０～４０ｃｍ、体重１～２ｋｇとイヌ科最小ですが、耳は最大です。この大きな耳は体の熱を逃かすだけでなく、近づく敵の音や砂の中の獲物を探すにも役立ちます。 「フェネックだよ。耳が大きいだろ？これはいろいろと便利なんだ。それこしても、砂漠の暮らしってのは大変なんだけどさぁ、これも慣れれば悪くないし、どんな状況でもなんとかる、って思えちゃうんだよね。体は小さいけど、沙獏でしっかり生きてるってわけ」	{{{endescription}}}

How to Encounter

Fennec Fox, being one of the most prominent Friends across all media, can also be encountered very often in all areas. She spawns at a large variety of Playthings, and at least somewhat often in all areas which leaves players with no issues encountering her and leveling her up at all.

Savanna - One of her common areas, spawning on many cheap items such as the. The Basket also works, simultaneously providing a chance for Thomson's Gazelle.

Mountain - Probably her most common area; her UB Music Box goes here, as does the Seesaw.

Waterfront - The Wooden Box is cheap to craft. A lesser base spawn rate than that of Savanna or Mountain.

Jungle - No rateups, but has a mild base chance like all commons.

Desert - Spawns regularly, but has no rateups apart from the hard-to-get Sandcastle and Mini Piano.

Ocean - Moderate spawn rate, has a rateup on the craftable Jetski.
