Asian Small-Clawed Otter is a Friend that appears in Episode 2 - Jungle Area of the Kemono Friends Anime as a major character.
Personality
Otter is a fun-loving and curious Friend. She is always looking for ways to have fun and will try just about anything if she thinks it will be a hint of fun! She is also very curious and calls things interesting or silly that she doesn't understand. However she seems to get distracted easily unless set on a specific task that interests her such as looking for the Japari Bus or taking a ride on Jaguar's raft service.
Role in the Plot
Episode 2 - Jungle Area
In Episode 2, Otter meets Kaban and Serval, she gives them instructions on how to get to An'in Bridge and suggests taking Jaguar's raft service. The trio decides to wait and sunbathe while they wait for Jaguar. Otter begins throwing a rock back and forth which interests Serval. After some time, Jaguar comes by and they nearly miss the raft. After they find both parts of the bus, Otter assists Kaban in helping set up a bridge so that Serval and other Friends can cross. Otter also waits with Jaguar near the bus as Kaban and Serval look for a way to charge the bus's battery.
Episode 12 - Amusement Park
Otter helps fight the Black Cellien by jumping on one of its legs. She also is at the party at the Amusement Park

Jaguar and Otter were friends before the events of the series occurred as she stated she has ridden on Jaguar's raft before.
