Strategy

African Bush Elephant is an attacker who relies on her self-sustain trait and damage-mitigating standby to outpace her enemies as opposed to out-and-out damage, as her attack stat isn't particularly high. Players should choose photos with good attack and defense bonuses to cover this weakness and ensure that she can benefit the team as a frontliner.

Due to her good flags and relatively low-maintenance kit, she is a good choice to fill a slot on a Relaxed team if you don't have the 4-star Friends to create a fully decked-out composition. Players should also take note of her unique ability to infinitely self-cleanse; while it is not guaranteed to activate, it can give Elephant the edge against foes that use debuffs like Pain or Poison to wear down your team. However, it is useless against effects that disable standbies (Stun, Sleep, Freeze); consider equipping her with an anti-CC photo like New Year! if you are fighting enemies that can inflict both of these types of debuffs.

It is also important to make sure that you cleanse Bravado as soon as possible if Elephant is nearing 30% HP, otherwise her trait will go to waste!
