Harpy Eagle wear a white military outfit and black skirt. Her legs are covered in white tights that mimic the animal's fur, and she wears yellow boots. She has spiky grey hair which gets darker the further it gets to the top of her head, and a strand of black hair hangs down from the middle of her bangs, resembling the beak of an animal.
